Book a technical call
How do I start a project with Aksh Intelligence?
Start with a 30-minute technical call. You speak directly with the engineer or search lead who would run the work, not an account manager, and you leave with a scoping recommendation whether or not the engagement proceeds. Paid technical discovery usually begins within two weeks of a signed agreement, and the output is yours to keep either way.
- Response time
- One business day, from a person on the delivery team.
- No discovery deck, no sales qualification round
- You leave with a scoping recommendation either way
- NDA on request before the first call
Tell us the constraint
Two or three sentences is enough. What is blocked, and by when does it need to move?
Before you send it
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 24 hours on a working day. Enquiries are read by the people who would do the work rather than routed to a queue, which is also why the reply usually contains a question rather than a brochure.
What should I put in the message?
What is currently not working, what you have already tried, and what would count as success. Those three answers are enough for us to say whether this is work we should take. A feature list describes a solution someone already chose, and it is frequently the wrong one.
Do I need a budget or a specification first?
Neither. A specification written before anyone has examined the data and the real constraint is usually wrong in ways that surface around month three, and a budget set against it inherits the same error. A conversation about the constraint is more useful than both.
What happens after I send this?
A reply within a working day, usually with questions. If it looks like a fit, a call with whoever would do the engineering rather than a salesperson. If it does not, we say so then rather than three months into an engagement.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The conversation costs nothing and is not a disguised pitch. What is paid is discovery, which produces an architecture, a scoped plan and a real estimate — and which you own whether or not you continue with us.
What does an engagement cost?
Engineering runs as fixed-scope phases quoted after discovery, so the number means something rather than being padded against uncertainty. Search runs as quarterly retainers because the work does not have an end. Discovery itself is a short, separately priced piece.
Do you take small projects?
Sometimes. A narrow, well-defined piece of work is often the best way for both sides to find out whether a longer engagement makes sense. What we decline is work where the requirement is people against a specification written elsewhere, whatever its size.
Can you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, and it is a reasonable thing to ask for. Send yours or ask for ours. Most first conversations do not need one, because describing the constraint rarely requires disclosing anything confidential — but the option is there.
What if my project is outside what you do?
We will tell you, and point you elsewhere where we can. Deep embedded work, specialised data science beyond applied machine learning, and anything needing a regulatory specialism we would be learning on your budget all sit outside our range.
Can I call instead of using the form?
Yes — the number is in the footer. The form is usually faster to answer well, because writing the problem down produces a more considered reply than a cold call does. Either reaches the same people.
What happens to the information I send?
It is stored so we can reply and, if the enquiry becomes a project, administer that engagement. It is not added to a marketing list and not sold. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months, and you can ask for deletion sooner.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Indian Standard Time gives a full overlapping morning with Europe and an early-morning window with the US East Coast. There is no natural overlap with the US Pacific coast, and we say which hours are covered rather than implying otherwise.
