SEO — Search Engine Optimization
Technical and content SEO measured against pipeline, not against rankings.
- Timeline
- Results compound from month 4
- Model
- Quarterly retainer
Aksh runs technical and content SEO for B2B companies with long, multi-touch sales cycles. Work begins with a crawl-level audit covering indexation, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and schema, followed by a topic cluster plan mapped to buying-stage intent. We report on pipeline influenced, not vanity rankings. Most engagements show compounding organic growth from month four and are structured as rolling quarterly retainers.
Fact density
SEO by the numbers
Every figure below is measured across completed engagements and carries its source. Replace any you cannot defend in a sales call.
Outcomes
What you actually end up with
Stated as results, not activities. An activity list describes what an agency does; an outcome list describes what changes for you.
- A crawl-clean site where every commercial page is indexable and canonical
- Topic clusters that map to real buying-stage intent, not keyword volume
- Core Web Vitals in the green across templates, not just the homepage
- Schema coverage on every commercial and editorial template
- Reporting that ties organic sessions to opportunities in your CRM
Process
How we deliver SEO
What is the SEO process?
Aksh Intelligence delivers SEO — Search Engine Optimization in 4 stages: Technical audit (Week 1–3), Intent and cluster mapping (Week 3–5), Implementation (Ongoing), Measurement (Monthly). Each stage closes with a named deliverable you review before the next one starts, and the schedule is fixed at the end of discovery rather than estimated at the proposal stage. Scope changes are quoted in writing before any additional work begins.
- Week 1–3
Technical audit
Full crawl covering indexation, canonicalisation, redirect chains, Core Web Vitals by template, internal link equity, and schema coverage. You receive a prioritised fix list with effort estimates.
- Week 3–5
Intent and cluster mapping
We map the questions your buyers ask at each stage to a pillar-and-cluster content architecture, then identify which existing pages to consolidate, rewrite, or retire.
- Ongoing
Implementation
Technical fixes go in directly through pull requests to your repository, or as a specification for your team. Content ships on a fixed monthly cadence with subject-matter interviews behind each piece.
- Monthly
Measurement
Monthly reporting against influenced pipeline, plus quarterly strategy reviews where we reallocate effort based on what actually converted.

Answers
SEO questions
Each answer is written to be correct when read on its own — the requirement for snippet extraction and AI citation alike.
How long before SEO produces results?
Technical fixes can move impressions within four to six weeks. Content-driven growth compounds more slowly — across our B2B retainers the median inflection point is month four, with the strongest returns between months eight and eighteen. Anyone promising ranked results in 30 days is selling something else.
Do you implement fixes or just recommend them?
Both, depending on the retainer. Clients on the implementation tier get fixes delivered as pull requests to their own repository, typically within 48 hours of prioritisation. Advisory-tier clients receive the same fix list as a specification their engineers execute.
How is SEO different from GEO and AEO?
SEO optimises for a ranked list of blue links. AEO optimises for the single extracted answer in a snippet or voice result. GEO optimises for being cited inside a generated response from an AI assistant. They share a technical foundation but reward different content structures, which is why we sell them as separate disciplines.
What does an SEO retainer cost?
SEO runs as a quarterly retainer covering technical implementation, a fixed monthly content cadence, and reporting. One-off technical audits are available without a retainer. Both are quoted after we have crawled the site, because the work required varies enormously with how much technical debt is already there.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes to indexing or Core Web Vitals can move within weeks because they remove an existing obstacle. Content and authority work typically shows meaningful movement over three to six months. Anyone promising rankings in weeks for a competitive term is either targeting terms with no demand or is not being straight with you.
What is technical SEO and why does it matter first?
Technical SEO is everything determining whether search engines can crawl, render and index your pages correctly. It matters first because content quality is irrelevant on a page that cannot be indexed, and because the fixes are usually specific and verifiable rather than a matter of opinion.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and nobody credible does. Rankings depend on competitor behaviour, algorithm changes and query demand, none of which any agency controls. What we commit to is the work that reliably improves the odds, with the measurement agreed beforehand so the outcome can be judged rather than narrated.
How is SEO different from GEO and AEO?
SEO optimises for a results page a person scans. AEO optimises for a direct answer extracted from your page. GEO optimises for being cited by generative assistants synthesising a response. They share technical foundations and diverge in content structure, and increasingly a query is answered by all three surfaces at once.
Will you write the content or do we?
Either works. We write where the subject is technical enough that structure and accuracy matter more than brand voice, and we brief and edit where your team holds knowledge we do not. What does not work is content written to a keyword target by someone with no understanding of the subject.
What does a technical SEO audit cover?
Crawlability and indexation, rendering behaviour, site architecture and internal linking, Core Web Vitals with the specific cause of each failure, structured data validity, canonical and duplicate handling, and log analysis where available. The output is a prioritised list of specific defects, not a score.
