Dharmsy Innovations Pvt Ltd is the data fiduciary for the personal data described below. Questions about this policy, or a request to exercise any of the rights set out in it, can be sent to hello@akshintelligence.com.

This website collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. When you submit it we receive the name, work email, company, and message you type, plus the service you select from the dropdown.

We do not require an account, and there is nothing else on the site that asks you for personal information.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Web fonts are self-hosted and served from our own domain, so loading a page sends no request to Google or any other third party.

One cookie exists on this domain: a session cookie set only when a member of our own staff signs in to the private admin area. It is httpOnly, expires after eight hours, and is never set for visitors to the public site.

Adding analytics, a chat widget or any embedded third-party script would change what is true here, and this section is updated at the same time as any such change rather than afterwards.

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to administer that engagement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add contact form submissions to a marketing list.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted 24 months after the last contact. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the associated records are kept for the duration of the contract and for eight years afterwards, which is the retention period Indian tax and company law requires for business records.

You can ask for deletion sooner. Where we are required to retain something for a statutory period we will say so and delete everything that falls outside it rather than refusing the request wholesale.

Enquiries are handled by Dharmsy Innovations Pvt Ltd staff. Where a third-party processor is involved — an email provider, or a CRM — it acts on our instructions only.

The categories of processor involved in running this site are:

• A managed database provider — stores enquiry records. Hosted in India.
• A cloud storage and content delivery provider — serves images and files. Media only; no enquiry data is stored there.
• An email delivery provider — sends enquiry notifications, so a submission passes through their mail infrastructure.

Each acts on our instructions only. There is no CRM, no marketing platform and no advertising network in this list, because none is used. If that changes, this list changes with it.

We describe these by category rather than by vendor name. Naming the specific services a site runs on is an unnecessary disclosure of its attack surface, and data protection law requires the categories of recipient rather than their identities. If you need the specific names — for a vendor assessment or a data processing agreement — ask and we will provide them directly.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@akshintelligence.com and we will action it.

We operate from India, so the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 applies. Under it you may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold, ask for correction or completion of anything inaccurate, ask for erasure, and withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. You may also raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Where you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR or the GDPR may also apply to your data. In that case you additionally have the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

Our basis for processing an enquiry is that it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we retain records after an engagement, the basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
